We are certain that this goal can only be achieved with a strong community of supporters and contributors. That's why we look to create HOLI as an open-source ecosystem. As such enabling easy contribution needs to be at the core of our design and development approach.
Project Holi is set to change the way we engage in social activity and to help social initiatives thrive. You'll be part of a new movement to engage people in making an impact.
We believe in new forms of work – based on trust, flexibility and empowerment. And are looking for new, community-oriented forms of organization through which we can all work efficiently based on our individual needs.
While there will be a base and team mates in Hamburg, Germany waiting for you, you'll be able to work where it's best for you.
This is not a quick idea. We are building the foundation for a bigger movement now. We've got all it takes for the upcoming years to change the world as we're part of the Holistic Foundation.

- You love creating product experiences with real impact and enjoy team work? Then this is for you.
- You acquired 4+ years of experience as a digital Product Designer.
- Product strategy, user research, prototyping, UX / UI, you know all that jazz and you like the end-to-end design process.
- You are experienced in user research and testing, enjoy the insightfullness of interviews, creating new user flows and juggling data.
- You embrace the challenge to lower complexity with the help of design.
- Inclusivity and accessibility are just as important to you as smart user flows and state-of-the-art interface design.
- You are familiar with current trends and regularly talk to users to make sure our product is loved and evolves accordingly.
- You are used to work with cross functional technical teams in a full remote environment.
- You feel comfortable working both independently and very closely with your team.
- As a team player your communication skills are strong in English.
- You like to work transparently and find the best solutions in a team effort.
- You're ok with a little chaos. We're a startup and we're still figuring things out. And we'll need your help along the way.
- You want to use your design craft for good.
- Plus they say you're a good person. That you care about our planet and our society. We'd like that.
