As a Senior Product Designer at Flex, you'll solve problems for renters across the country who are underserved by existing financial products. You’ll sit on a cross-functional product team that owns projects from end-to-end, from discovery through delivery. The Housing Division at Flex works on the bread and butter of our business – our split rent product, which is now available to every renter across in the U.S. While our value proposition is simple for consumers, the product is complex! We’re looking for designers who are excited to understand how intricate systems work and are able to design around them to create beautiful, intuitive native consumer experiences. The national pay range for this role is $156,000 - $172,000 in base salary. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience aligned with Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
