We are looking for a T-shaped founding designer who preferably excels in Information Architecture and Design Systems. We believe that great design will set us apart from our competitors and will be a core tenant of what will make Enterpret win. 

Core traits that we are looking for in the Product Designer are:

1. Entrepreneurial: You are excited by the idea of creating something out of nothing. You are resourceful and willing to experiment. You can do a quick wireframe of your ideas as well as build high fidelity designs with great attention to detail.

Roles & Responsibilities

You'll be the lead of our product design team and have an opportunity to -

1. Contribute to developing Enterpret's information architecture, interaction model, design language and design system from ground up. Be responsible to ensure that the product and design are always in sync.
   
   
2. Work closely with the Founders, and the Engineering team to build new features and products, and improve existing ones.
   
   
3. Rapidly prototype and iterate until we deliver high-quality, polished, and delightful experiences for our customers.
   
   
4. Contribute to the product roadmap, product requirement documents with research backed decisions.
   
   

Qualifications

1. Excellent product design skills encapsulating creating concepts, customer journeys, specifying interaction details, and prototyping internally and with users.
   
   
2. Experience in solving structured problems that have few dependencies and dealing with a high level of ambiguity.
   
   
3. Experience designing digital apps and systems; you have built growth or adoption product solutions from scratch and iterated on existing solutions. Experience with Analytics products is a plus!
   
   
4. Ability to effectively organise and communicate your thoughts to teammates
   
   
5. 4+ years of industry experience in design.
