Senior Product Designer - EHR (x/f/m)

We’re looking for a mission-driven designer as we are on a mission to improve health for all. We are growing our 60+ design team and look to add a hands-on Senior Product Designer to lead a team of 2 designers in the Electronic Health Record Team. This role is perfectly fit for Designers with some experience managing small teams, with a scope to grow into larger managerial responsibilities in the future. 

You´ll be part of a multidisciplinary, international team that is located in Berlin, Milan and Paris working with Product Designers, Brand Designers, UX Writers, User Researchers and Design Ops. While we believe in coming together as a team to solve complex topics collaboratively through design, we offer a flexible work-from-home model. You will join a mission-driven, ambitious and talented design team.

Your mission

• You will design the best solution for our users (practitioners) to improve healthcare
• You will develop a small team of 2 designers; manage and coach missionary design talent in an international team
• You will lead design processes & methodologies: from feature prioritization to final sketches and product optimisation
• You will create excellent team coordination within your feature team and Doctolib at scale
• You will run co-creation workshops with the different teams (product, tech, data, sales, etc.),
• You will use systems like Figma, Oxygen - our inhouse Design System, Asana, just to name a few. 

Your skills

• You are well rounded designer who knows UX and UI methodologies
• You have a minimum of 5 of experience in a fast paced product environment
• You study, prioritize, draw, present, sharpen, iterate and sketch to create the most elegant designs and experiences
• You know how to co-create workshops with the different teams (product, tech, data, sales, etc.)
• You enjoy challenging yourself and your team to improve the products you’re working on.

About the remote policy at Doctolib

As of October 2021, we provide 3 working modes:

• Remote: you work remotely and meet your team at the office once a month
• Hybrid: you work remotely 2 to 3 days per week and from the office on the other days.
• Office-based: you work from the office.
