What you will do:

Building a smart, scalable system for our consumer-facing mobile and desktop applications.
Working closely with a small cross-functional team (product managers, developers, data analysts, designers) that has a strong design culture and focus on research.
Using different exploratory tools and methods to identify Pixar user problems.
Acting as an advocate for our users, both within the Pixar team and the rest of the organization.
Refining how we document and organizing our design system.
Be a champion for ensuring continued usage of the system.
Practicing your design craft with attention to detail that can have impact at scale.
Creating and building components that are robust and can help us scale our offering and are flexible enough to adapt to the requirements of new markets.

Qualifications:

3 to 4+ years of hands-on user experience design on mobile and web apps
Strong creative mind always on the lookout to spontaneously suggest new projects & solutions
Deep appreciation for elegant and thoughtful design with an obsession for details
Experience with user research and product discovery techniques
You have excellent communication skills, you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others
You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks
You have a results-driven and impact-oriented mindset
Fluency in English
