As a Senior Product Designer with a focus on our design system, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and functional consistency across all our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to ensure our design system is robust, scalable, and user-friendly. Your expertise will elevate our design language, ensuring we consistently deliver cohesive and exceptional user experiences.

Missions :

Design and maintain a library of reusable UI components, patterns, and assets that are accessible, high-performing, and scalable.
Partner with product designers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop tools and processes to build world-class user experiences.
Develop comprehensive documentation and usage guidelines for designers and engineers to effectively use components and patterns.
Ensure high standards for design and product quality, meticulously crafting every aspect of the design system.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, introducing fresh and innovative approaches to the team.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback, validate design decisions, and ensure the design system meets user needs.
Collaborate with other designers on shaping the user experience for millions

What we are looking for ?

Proven B2C & B2B experience (5+ years ideally) in product design with a strong emphasis on design systems.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain complex design systems for multiple products both on the web and on mobile.
High proficiency in Figma, with expertise in its best practices for designing and implementing design systems.
Deep understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, and information architecture.
A deep knowledge of inclusive design and accessibility without compromising on aesthetics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts and rationale to non-designers.
Open-minded, strong team player and eager to collaborate, both with other designers, engineers and other stakeholders.

Bonus points : experience or interest in the Web3 or Blockchain industry
