The Credit Karma Product Design team evolves through collaboration, reflection and innovation. We're always looking for ways to do better for our users and ourselves. Our team of designers, content strategists, and researchers is growing fast, which means you’ll have impact in a creative environment and help develop best practices.
What you’ll do:
- Lead an area of the Credit Karma autos platform for design and partner closely with product managers to identify opportunities and ship approaches to solve member problems
- Capture new requirements and requests from your partner team
- Create high quality user experiences that aim to help members make financial progress with their automobiles
- Partner directly with Content Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, Analysts, and business stakeholders to to help them develop approaches to solve member problems
- Explore opportunities to grow an emerging business inside of Credit Karma and make an impact in members’ financial lives
Minimum Basic Requirement:
- Have 5+ years of relevant product design experience
- Experience designing cohesive user experiences using a mature design system
- Proficient in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or similar
- Demonstrated experience shipping user centered approaches
- Case studies of several projects in market
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing products that fit into complex systems and user journeys
- Experience partnering with researchers to gain insight and develop strategies to deliver high impact approaches
- Ability and experience with a mobile first design approach
- A demonstrated history of leveraging data collection mechanisms to create meaningful product experiences
