Senior Product Designer, Consumer (Web)

We are looking for a Product Designer to join us on our mission to make it incredibly easy to discover and get the best restaurants, grocery stores and other local shops delivered to your home or office. You'll be working on super exciting and complex universal projects that make you think on your feet and take ownership of the wolt.com domain. Our consumer facing applications have millions of orders every year so this is an extremely exciting opportunity to work with a big user base in different cultures.

At Wolt, we are obsessed with details and brilliant user experience, and so should you! As a Product Designer, you'll get to work with some of the best in the industry while focusing on designing great experiences for our users. You're expected to produce production-quality, responsive, interactive, and reusable UI designs for web. At the same time, you spend a part of your time participating in the UX work, including concept and validation. You'll be part of the consumer web team and collaborate with the multidisciplinary product management, design, data, and engineering team to deliver thoughtful and polished design work that is world-class. You'll collaborate with mobile designers to keep the experience visually the same.

Wolt.com is a crucial touch point for many of our international consumer customers. We are building the best user experience across the whole consumer journey that allows customers to purchase any type of product with a touch of a button directly to their homes. We strive to ensure the quality of the web user experience is high. The experience caters to various use cases and shopping patterns across multiple product verticals such as restaurant food, grocery, and other retail.

• Strong expertise in UI Design for digital products – web & mobile design experience is valuable. Understanding of responsive design is highly desirable

• Understanding on UX principles

• Strong portfolio of B2C projects - ideally with web based applications

• You have an eye for detail and vision for world-class interfaces

• Experience of leading design & development projects

• You have experience working with design systems, with ability to work creatively, building your own components outside of the design system when the experience calls for it

• You have excellent collaboration skills – you have experience of working together creatively with other designers, and cross-disciplinarily with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and copywriters

• You are fantastic at communicating your thinking and design decisions – you’re able to get the multiple stakeholders whose attention your work will receive along on the journey with you.

• Prior experience of working with Figma – you're comfortable using Figma for communicating feature specifications to designers, developers and other stakeholders
