The Role

We're seeking a Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis, working on features for our core EHR product that improve our customers’ workflows. We are looking for someone who sees the world differently and can create innovative and trustworthy experiences. You will have direct interaction with all levels of the company, including members of our executive team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and senior product designers throughout the design lifecycle of each project to create simple, cohesive and effective user experiences
  • Distill complex problems into easy to understand user flows and wireframes
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, customer success, marketing, and leadership to shape product
  • Conduct user research and interviews to have insight-driven decision making (from data and user behavior)
  • Incorporate user insights and validate decisions through rapid prototyping and testing
  • Work with the design team to regularly contribute to the design system
  • Regularly give and receive feedback on designs

Desired Skills & Experience

  • At least 3 years of product design experience in a product or design-focused tech company.
  • Proficient in design software such as Figma
  • Strong foundation in UI  and interaction design, with special attention to detail
  • Ability to rapidly iterate and produce multiple design concepts
  • Capable of time management and meeting deadlines
  • A creative thinker who has lots of ideas and sees solutions when most would not
  • A portfolio demonstrating creative problem solving, innovative solutions and clean visual aesthetic 
  • Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, strong work ethic, sense of urgency and accountability

Bonus Points 

  • Skilled at visual and graphic design (e.g., iconography, illustrations, etc.)
  • Experience with SQL or data reporting tools such as Mixpanel, Periscope/Sisense, etc.
