About Hightouch
Hightouch is the modern AI platform for marketing and growth teams. Our AI agents reimagine marketing workflows, allowing marketers to create content, plan campaigns, and execute strategies with transformational velocity and performance.
Hightouch is a rare company built on the intersection of two fundamental technological shifts: advances in LLMs and agentic AI, and the creation and rapid adoption of cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks. Building on these tailwinds, we’ve become a leader in AI marketing and partner with industry leaders like Domino’s, Chime, Spotify, Ramp, Whoop, Grammarly, and over 1000 others.
Our team focuses on making a meaningful impact for our customers. We approach challenges with first-principles thinking, move quickly and efficiently, and treat each other with compassion and kindness. We look for team members who are strong communicators, have a growth mindset, and are motivated and persistent in achieving our goals.
Why this role matters
You'll be designing the future of agentic marketing at a critical inflection point. We're not just moving data anymore. We're building AI agents that make real-time, data-driven decisions across entire customer journeys. This is 0-1 product work in a space where the rules are still being written.
The opportunity is massive. Hightouch is investing heavily in Agents, and you'll be on the team doing the groundbreaking work. We're talking about tools that blend first-party data with machine learning models to unlock outcomes that were literally impossible before. Fast-moving, high-stakes, high-reward.
The design team
We're a lean team (currently 6 product designers) spanning coast to coast, all remote-first. You'll grow faster here because we don't have layers of process or bureaucracy slowing you down. You ship. You learn. You iterate. Repeat.
How we work:
- Weekly crits: Bring your work, get constructive feedback from relevant stakeholders.
- Design jams: We jam on the big stuff as a team (color palettes, new patterns, practice retros).
- Design system: We've invested in our system since day one. Expanding library, regular sync with engineering.
- Design cooldown: Bi-weekly sessions where we experiment with new tools, run design exercises, and work on side projects that have nothing to do with our roadmap. Past activities include building interactive prototypes in Framer, exploring AI design tools, and collaborative illustration sessions.
We don't just talk about craft. We live it. Check out our 2025 recap to see a sample of what we shipped last year.
You'll be surrounded by talented and collaborative folks, which means you're constantly learning from people who challenge the way you think. No stagnation here.
What you'll do
You'll create and iterate on powerful tools for marketing teams using our Agents product suite. This means:
- 0-1 innovation: You're building new products in uncharted territory.
- Rapid iteration: Demonstrate your thinking through rapid designs and prototypes, not endless presentations.
- Product strategy: You'll connect directly with customers through research sessions, synthesize insights from usage data and feedback, and use that understanding to influence product direction and prioritization. Your voice will shape what we build.
- Live collaboration: You'll work directly with other designers, engineers, and PMs to define product details as a team.
- High growth: We don't expect you to know everything. We expect you to learn fast.
What you bring
- 6+ years designing and shipping user-friendly features or applications in technical spaces (bonus: B2B data or marketing products).
- Curiosity about AI: You're tinkering with new technologies constantly. You're not just watching AI from the sidelines.
- Craft excellence: Your visual, UI, and interaction skills are sharp. You can take a user problem from idea to high-fidelity solution.
- Team player mentality: You're kind, humble, and assume good intentions. You seek to understand before reacting.
- Figma proficiency required. Bonus if you're comfortable in Cursor, Framer, or Claude Code.
The reality check
This role is not for everyone. If you need clear guardrails, slow iteration cycles, or a mature product to optimize, this isn't it. We're in rapid experimentation mode. Things are ambiguous. You'll need to be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and iterating based on what we learn.
But if you want to work on products that didn't exist six months ago, with a team that moves fast and trusts you to own your domain, this is the place.

- Design exercise [60m]: Live exercise we'll run through together where we'll give you a problem and want to see how you begin breaking it down. No homework. Just jamming live on a problem similar to how we work daily.
- Follow-up 1:1s [30m]: Meet members of the team to wrap up any final questions.
