Senior Product Designer - Agent Experience

About the role:

The Agent Experience Product Team are working on developing and improving a set of unique tools for our agents: Accountants, Customer Success, Compliance, Nominee Directors, to name a few. As a Product Designer, you'll be responsible for delivering comprehensive user experiences and high-quality visual and interactive design solutions.

You'll work collaboratively with your product and design teams, as well as experts from operations, including them in the design process to make the vision come to life.

What you'll do:

• Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches. You set the vision for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate.
• Work with researchers and service designers to understand operational reality and leverage this knowledge in your designs.
• Work with different stakeholders to design solutions through exploration and validation, aligning your designs with general concepts within the product.
• Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, know when and how to create and combine flows, user stories, sketches, wireframes, and deliver pixel-perfect specs.
• Validate designed solutions with agents and improve them based on their feedback and observations without compromising delivery speed.
• Take full ownership of your work and total responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way, from whiteboard sketching to high-fidelity final treatments.

• You have the ability to mentor others to deliver work, and make strategy come to life.
• You've experience articulating your solutions and goals of a project clearly and concisely within the team and to business stakeholders.
• You're the one who sees user experience as a whole and tries to design to improve interactions with the product, not just visually enhance our interfaces.
• It's a bonus if you have experience designing CRM products.
