The Ads & Promotions team operates at the intersection of the two, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We build products that enable merchants to grow their sales and customer base sustainably, while helping consumers find more of what they love and making delivery more affordable.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Design Manager to support our Ads & Promotions team, overseeing product design for both its merchant and advertiser-facing tools and consumer-facing experiences. You are a first-principles thinker who is both a strategist and builder, a collaborative leader who thrives on building teams that bias for action while designing meaningful products with a high-quality bar. You'll work with your team and your peers in Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and more to define shared visions and roadmaps. To make them a reality, you’ll lead a world-class team of product designers and work with recruiting to find, attract, and hire new talent. The team is still in its infancy, so you’ll have an opportunity to shape its growth.
You will report to the Head of Merchant Design.
