Zing AI Coach is a digital fitness companion app that can make a fitness program for you and motivate, educate, and help you achieve your fitness goals. 2 years ago, we launched the company to create the first AI-powered fitness product to replace the personal trainer's function and successfully succeeded with that vision. We develop breakthrough AI solutions that combine deep knowledge of the user's condition with comprehensive competencies in fitness.

Zing is hiring a Senior Growth Product Manager to lead our company’s growth strategy and marketing efforts to help us reach our growth targets and increase revenue. You’ll work alongside our CEO and will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of growth strategies across different areas of the business. You’ll be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, as well as optimizing the existing processes to ensure they are cost-effective and scalable.

Where you will make an impact

  • Leading a high-performing Growth Team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions, including performance marketing, events, social media marketing, product marketing, and partnerships.

  • Creating and implementing the marketing plan in line with overall business objectives.

  • Leverage customer insights to develop integrated, omnichannel marketing campaigns and brand storytelling to drive customer acquisition and retention.

  • Grow the company’s top-line metrics, including revenue, customers, and customer LTV/CAC.

  • Work with Product / Engineering to prioritize growth initiatives based on a deep understanding of customer needs, habits, and perceptions.

  • Using data and analytics for decision-making, measuring marketing effectiveness, and creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth.

  • Ensuring consistent messaging that is aligned with the brand.

  • Manage the marketing budget to drive sustainable bottom-line growth.

We expect that you have

  • You have strong experience in Growth Hacking, Social Media/ Viral Marketing, managing demand generation & the customer acquisition funnel, and performance marketing.

  • Experience in A/B testing tools.

  • A "driver" personality - constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery while balancing the need for a great collaboration.

  • Achieved success delivering consumer-facing products that drive real user value and business financial goals.

  • Strong customer empathy, with an ability to transform complex data and customer insights into a prioritized roadmap.

  • High-energy, company-first attitude: you are motivated to work hard in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy balancing numerous priorities and demands.

  • Excellent English skills (C1 or native).

Beneficial skills

  • Passionate about Health&Fitness.

  • Strong commercial experience in AI/ML technologies.

  • Bachelor in computer science, engineering, statistics/mathematics, or a related field.
