About Typeform
One sunny Barcelona morning, two designers sat down to build a beautiful lead generation form for a bathroom company's showroom. They ended up reimagining the data collection experience, and realized it was one idea they wouldn't be flushing down the toilet. Today, Typeform is a team of over 400 people from more than 35 countries, with offices in Barcelona, Spain and San Francisco, US.
We're building a world where brands, businesses, and their communities can have more personal relationships with the people who matter most. To do this, we give people the tools they need to have conversational experiences at scale—because meaningful relationships start with conversations.
From online lead forms and asynchronous video conversations to face-to-face encounters in the office, help us build more meaningful relationships, one conversation at a time.
Typeform is a versatile platform used by customers across many jobs ranging from market research and customer feedback to customer acquisition or e-commerce checkout. Currently, every month close to 200,000 people sign up with Typeform.
About the Team
You'll team up with other designers in a fast-paced, customer-focused startup. You'll engage with cross-functional teams that include designers, engineers, data scientists, and product managers. We are passionate advocates for thoughtful, crafted, inclusive and delightful experiences.
We all have our quirks and differences, but we're like a big group of passionate, humble and smart people, working remotely across the UK & Europe. We think it's kind of special, and see Typeform as the living, breathing company we are, rather than just a logo and a typeface. We strive for work-life balance and believe happy employees make for better experiences and happier customers.
About the Role
How do we define Growth Designers -
At Typeform, we view Growth Designers as a strategic contributor to the product development and optimisation process with a wide spectrum of skills: product strategy, interaction, visual and UX design, data analysis, strong business acumen, and user empathy. We expect growth designers to be equally focused on scaling the business AND delivering a user-centric product, often acting as the bridge between the two.
You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Data Science and Marketing to define team strategy, set roadmap priorities and deliver practical and elegant solutions that delight users. You will craft hypotheses, design and run experiments to connect our customers to product value, improving acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement, retention and reactivation, as well as generate learnings to uncover more opportunities to improve our product.
