ABOUT THE ROLE 🤹♀️
The Senior Director of Digital Product Management is a seasoned operator focused on driving executional excellence, accelerating product velocity, and cultivating a high-performing, empowered product organization. This leader excels at building and scaling strong teams and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. They are deeply committed to delivering business results through effective cross-functional collaboration, clear prioritization, and rigorous use of data and metrics. Rather than owning the product vision, they bring it to life by enabling their teams to execute effectively, align cross-functionally, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of digital product managers and leaders, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
- Drive cross-functional leadership by:
- Facilitating organization-wide OKR processes
- Gathering input from senior leadership
- Standardizing roadmapping approaches
- Demonstrate lateral and upward influence by:
- Driving change across Finance, Data, CRM, Operations, Design, and Research teams
- Negotiating and gaining buy-in through strategic communication
- Translate and execute senior leadership's product vision through:
- Crystallizing strategic ideas
- Facilitating bi-directional strategy development
- Bridging top-down and bottom-up strategic approaches
- Establish a culture of product success through:
- Data-driven experimentation
- Hypothesis testing
- Comprehensive performance measurement
- Client satisfaction tracking
- Recognize and address trends affecting delivery goals
- Remove systemic roadblocks and support team resolutions
- Provide insights that support strategic organizational planning
- Develop comprehensive key results across multiple teams

ABOUT YOU 🦄
Minimum Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in product management
- 4+ years of management experience in a product leader role
- Proven expertise in:
- Leading and developing self-organizing teams
- Setting strategic objectives across complex, interdependent environments
- Influencing senior leadership
- Advocating for team members and projects
- Deep understanding of:
- Modern software development practices
- People leadership techniques
- Software delivery ecosystem

- Background in consumer/behavioral application development (e.g., language learning, fitness apps)
- Strong experience in driving behavioral change and user retention
- Demonstrated ability to elevate product management capabilities

Additional information: Salary range of $240,000 - $300,000/year + bonus + benefits. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
