We are looking for an Associate Creative Director. 

Compensation: $177,000 salary, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.

We’re looking for a multi-faceted, collaborative Senior Design Director to bring strong design and campaign creativity and leadership to the Rokt Marketing team. As an experienced Senior Design Director, you will help steer Rokt’s brand look, feel and personality while leading a team of talented designers that bring it to life. You will guide creative production across channels such as web, video, social, ads, 1o1, print (and anything else we can imagine), as well as our partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing. You must thrive as a hands-on player-coach, with hypergrowth and/or technology company experience, as one who wants to design and execute high priority projects, while leading a team to achieve their best work. 

Responsibilities: 

• Raise the bar in design quality, pushing creative concepts and inspiration to express Rokt across all channels.
• Lead the creative development of brand and sales marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, including digital, print, video, social and beyond.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support brand initiatives, sales goals, internal and external events.
• Inspire, mentor, manage a team of designers to do their best work.
• Champion the Rokt brand, ensuring cohesive brand expression internally and externally that preserves our brand guidelines while pushing the boundaries with fresh ideas. 
• Continuously evaluate and improve creative processes deliver high cadence, volume creative assets, and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Set the vision and standard for our high-touch client gifting program, which includes overseeing production timelines, gift proposals, and on-brand packaging. 
• Have an active hand in designing high priority projects. 
• Work on multiple projects concurrently in a fast paced environment.

Requirements

• BFA or BA in graphic design, advertising or related field with B2B, technology and/or hyper-growth company experience
• 10+ years of experience in a high volume, high creative, deadline-driven environment.
• Proven track record of strong creative concept & execution capabilities with excellent art direction, design principles and a discerning eye for aesthetics.
• Must demonstrate a solid understanding of current creative media, mediums and trends.
• Understanding of motion design, animation and video production.
• Passion to present ideas creatively yet concisely to senior leadership and executives. 
• Proficiency in GSuite, Figma, Adobe CC.
