We are looking for a Senior Product Manager specialized in Data to join the Data Products team.
As a Senior Product Manager, your mission will be to define, prioritize and manage data products to maximize value for Doctolib and its users, and ensure their scalability. You will contribute to building the healthcare we all dream of by enabling data-driven decision making across our organization.
Data Product Managers are the first point of contact for internal users to understand their problems and liaise with Analytics Engineering and Data Science to frame, build and maintain data products (raw data, aggregated data, dashboards/tools, data exports to other tools) that will address them.
This is the most exciting time to join: we are making bold changes towards a more unified, open, scalable and efficient platform in order to enable Doctolib's AI ambitions. As a Senior PM, one of your key responsibilities will be to contribute to the vision, build the strategy to achieve the vision, monitor usage and manage 3 members of the Data PM team under you.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage a team of PMs
- Build a development plan for each PM and help them grow
- Bring operational guidance and act as solution finder
- Ensure consistency and integration between the different data product teams
- Enhance the overall performance of the Data PM team through the implementation of best practices or launching new initiatives

Contribute to the data products vision and roadmap
- Build the vision that will guide all data products development efforts
- Implement a product management approach to all data products to optimize their impact and scalability
- Collaborate with data governance on institutionalizing strong data governance policy for data management

Define and prioritize solutions
- Lead OKRs definition
- Work with stakeholders and Data teams to define a roadmap that will achieve vision
- Contribute to short/mid-term prioritization, consulting with stakeholders and Data teams, and find the right resources to develop and improve data products
- Communicate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on the data product vision, strategy, and roadmap

Understand users problems and make sure the platform delivers expected impact
- Continuously connect with end-users and evaluate data products to ensure its components meet the organization's evolving needs (decision making, AI products…)
- Lead discovery, scoping, explorations and work closely with stakeholders and Data teams to ensure that initiatives deliver the expected impact
- Drive data products adoption working closely with data teams and end-user

Who you are

- You have at least 8 years experience in Data or Product Management within a data team
- You have at least 3 years experience in management of multiple people
- You have strong understanding of data platform, engineering, analytics, and AI technologies
- You have the ability to anticipate trends and translate convictions into actionable vision
- You have experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product development lifecycles
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You are fluent in English
