Responsibilities

Workato is looking for an exceptional Brand Designer who will help us create interesting, classic, and memorable advertising content across the board. This person must be an intuitive designer — knowing how to not only create work that is pixel-perfect but be able to think conceptually and lead with imagination. All candidates, preferably from London, Dublin, Barcelona, Madrid and Munich are welcome to apply! You must be self-motivated, able to take ownership of your projects and be excited to constantly push the boundaries on everything you work on.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

Will require solid development and execution of web, social, event, and content design.
Working simultaneously with each team and the Creative Director and making sure the work aligns with both parties’ needs.
Bringing humanity into the work. It’s important that you’re able to clearly understand your audience and what will excite them.
Being able to take tasks and transform them into work that is polished, compelling, and optimizes the user experience.

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

6+ yrs experience
A strong design portfolio
Experience in Digital, traditional, and experiential
Excellent communication skills

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

Strong strategic ability
Impeccable taste in design
Ability to ideate and create new trends
Ability to simplify complex ideas
Be a team player and working well with team members
Design conceptual brand expressions that communicate brand intention and value.
