We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer focused on web work to design and build high-impact and visually appealing landing pages. You’ll report to the Senior Brand Design Manager (Web) and work alongside copywriters, creative designers, marketing, and product. We are seeking a talented and experienced designer who thrives in a fast paced environment. As a member of our Brand Studio team you’ll be instrumental in helping shape a world-class brand. At Webflow, we take pride in and obsess over design and craft to deliver a friendly and approachable experience for everyone at every touchpoint—this role will play a big part in leading that charge.

- Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges from $112,000 - $154,000 for most US locations and $124,000 - $171,000 for US locations with a higher cost of labor. All figures cited above are in $USD and pertain to workers located in the United States. Pay is based on several factors including market location, and may vary depending on job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
As a Senior Brand Designer on the Web Team, you'll:
- Design and develop landing pages, graphics, icons, and interactive elements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate marketing objectives into compelling web designs that align with our brand guidelines
- Work closely with the rest of the web team to create and maintain our web brand guidelines and visual identity
- Know how to strike the balance of influencing the adoption of our existing design system, while also knowing when to experiment & try new things
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Content, to ensure brand alignment across all channels
- Ensure that web designs are responsive, accessible and optimized for user experience across different browsers and screen sizes
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve web designs based on user insights and best practices
- Utilize data-driven insights, analytics and user feedback to inform web design decisions
- Manage multiple web design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactively communicate project updates to Manager, Project Managers, and/or designated cross functional partners.
- Know when and how to solicit feedback from the team vs async/pillar/org-wide crits, or a design review. Practices candor with care, empathy and respect.
- Present multiple design options to a problem showcasing different creative approaches and visual solutions to elevate the brand
- Effectively communicate rationale behind design decisions and iterate on designs, based on feedback, to ensure alignment and achieve optimal results

About you
You’ll thrive as a Senior Brand Designer on the Web Team if you:
- Have 5+ years in brand design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual and web design
- Have experience working in-house and agency side
- Are proficient using design tools, such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Are a Webflow Expert and are able to turn designs into accessible web experiences with interactions and animations
- Have a good understanding of accessibility and can advocate for it
- Proactively seek out scalable solutions that solve common pain points related to craft, communication, or team output
- Care about the details and have an extremely strong sense of design sensibilities, from high-level strategic direction to production details
- Can independently own and execute on projects from project definition to shipping.
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Have strong organizational skills and manage multiple deadlines
- Work well within ambiguous and dynamic environments
- Are genuinely excited and motivated by Webflow’s mission
