THE TEAM
The Eventbrite Marketing team is a centralized, multi-disciplinary group focused on acquiring, retaining, and building a world-class brand that resonates with both event creators and event goers. We are data driven and biased towards action, and put the customer at the center of everything we do. We are specialists within our individual areas of expertise and work together to connect with and support our customers. 

THE ROLE 
Our Senior Brand Designer delivers designs that engage audiences with our long-term goal of increasing brand recognition and brand loyalty, acquiring leads, and protecting the visual integrity of Eventbrite. This person develops designs based on established brand standards and approved art direction; presents new, exciting design concepts based on inspiration and visual research.
We are looking for a Designer to ideate, create, and lead multi-scale branding projects in collaboration with our Brand Studio’s multidisciplinary team to ensure deliverables meet all brand standards and requirements. In this role, you will be involved in all stages of the creative process, from strategy and concept development to execution and production, maintaining a clear understanding of project objectives.
You’ll play a critical role in bringing our brand to life by executing all visual content for multiple platforms, working on a variety of projects to help develop the storytelling content for social, email, and marketing campaigns. A successful candidate will excel in this position by having exceptional time management skills, endless creative ideas, and showing amazing attention to detail. Versatility and positivity are key attributes for success on the Creative Team. 

Reporting to the Brand Studio Manager, this full-time role is based in Argentina, with the option of working remotely.  

YOU WILL

  • Receive direction, produce and oversee the creative assets needed to execute digital marketing activities, working closely with different Project Drivers + Creative Director, to continue evolving the look and feel of Eventbrite’s visual brand and deeply resonate among our target market. Ensure work is reviewed/approved before presentation.
  • Execute the visual design of our brand through compelling creative design on all channels; including our website, social media, emails, etc. Ensure consistent brand style is executed across all communication channels.
  • Present work to peers, partners and management in a clear, professional manner. Where appropriate, include research that will support chosen strategies.
  • Align with the team/partner’s expectations and ask for feedback seeking for clarity; deliver on established timelines with guidance, adapt to new directions acknowledging diverse views and maintain an up-to-date and organized set of files for project archive.
  • Tell the Consumer and Creator’s story through great brand and visual design, exploring new ways to excite and delight our audiences with the ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work with external vendors to provide creative feedback on outsourced projects and communicate brand updates to these vendors as needed.
  • Keep up-to-date with design, photography and print production techniques, proposing new technologies and sharing this knowledge with the team.
  • Ensure all design layouts are optimized for end-use and delivered according to specifications, production standards, color quality standards and preflight requirements.

THE SKILLSET

  • 5+ years of experience in an agency -ideally working within an internal consumer brand environment- managing multiple projects across several departments + seasoned portfolio of work that evidences your professional background. 
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication, with the ability to conceptualize Design from briefs and kick off meetings to pitch presentations. Much of our work depends on responsiveness, timely communication, and detailing the next steps with our partners with clarity and concision.
  • (ALT) Ability to respond to feedback and synthesize information from multiple sources, translating it into creative solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and a visual eye for aesthetics, with proven experience taking initiative and ownership of large scale multi-platform projects and processes. 
  • Elevated sense of style and taste level, use of typography, iconography, representational illustration/photography and design layouts evidenced in an expert handling of Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Figma. After Effects preferable. Understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus.
