Senior Brand Designer

About This Position

• Take projects from brief to execution, partnering and collaborating with business owners and creative leadership along the way.
• Work both independently and collaboratively, taking ownership on projects and bringing in appropriate stakeholders along the way.
• Partner with the Director of Brand Design on omni-channel projects/campaigns and cross-functional launches.
• Create engaging, scalable designs that span multiple marketing channels (i.e. paid ads, lifecycle emails, landing pages, offline assets etc.)
• Bring excellent communication skills with the ability to explain your design decisions and embrace constructive criticism as part of the design process.

Qualifications

You will: 

• 5+ years of design experience in branding, marketing, and advertising. 
• In-house/start-up experience is a plus.
• Motion graphics skills.
• Previous experience with photo and video art direction at varying scopes and budgets
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of assignments.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Passion for our mission.
