Senior Brand Designer - 6 month FTC

£65k - £75k - pro-rated

Join us as the Brand designer at zeroheight to redefine and elevate our brand narrative. Your creative insights and direction will not only enhance our brand’s visual identity but also deepen our engagement with customers.

As our brand designer, you will collaborate closely with our Design Lead, Richard, and the Marketing team. You will be instrumental in converting our creative ideas into impactful campaigns and brand activations that widely resonate, solidifying zeroheight's reputation as a leader in design system management.

We are a “remote-first” company and there’s no requirement for anyone to come into our London co-working space on a regular basis - more details on what remote-first looks like.

As the brand desiger at zeroheight, you will;

• Produce innovative brand campaigns that align with our strategic goals and resonate with diverse audiences.
• Bring brand strategy to life as brand expression and help create brand identities and assets for our Product and Marketing teams.
• Lead the creative process by brainstorming initial ideas and carry them through to concept development and visualisations — ensuring high standards of visual communication and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand strategies and enhance user engagement.
• Working on internal needs such as slide decks and materials for team events, as well as external requirements for our Sales and CS teams.
• Evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of creative outputs, using data-driven insights to guide future creative decisions.
• Bridge the gap between brand and product by providing creative solutions that blend our unique personality within our product.

What we're after:

• Strategic Vision: You've shown your ability to develop global strategic creative solutions that enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms across digital and print – with initiative and drive to step up and take responsibility
• Art Direction: Your keen design sense, attention to detail, and grasp of innovative trends have driven the creation of cutting-edge visuals that capture our brand's essence and stand out from the crowd. Strong creative instincts and willingness to push further through experimentation
• Communication: Your strong communication skills ensure you can effectively convey creative visions to stakeholders and align team efforts with company objectives in cross-functional settings. As well as an openness to seek & give constructive feedback.

About you;

• 5+ years hands-on experience as a Brand Designer in a professional and commercial environment
• You have mastered the discipline of graphic design
• Completely at home working in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite: Ps, Ai, Id (Ae a bonus)
• Efficient, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable and experienced working to deadlines
• Team player that’ll fit into our design-driven, collaborative teams, and adapt well to a fast-paced envrionment
• The creative ambition to get beyond the obvious answer and help establish zeroheight’s brand
• Technical ability and a sharp design eye for colour, type, imagery and motion
• The practical awareness to ensure the creative output is effective and implementable
• The confidence to explain your work and sell your ideas to our creative and business orientated teams.
• Additional tools skillsets are a big plus: motion, code, illustration, etc.
