As a Senior Brand and Marketing Designer at Gretel, you’ll work closely with our Product and Marketing teams to elevate the Gretel brand to a higher level through the creation of marketing collateral, web landing pages, and print. This candidate will be a brand owner and be expected to make meaningful contributions to Gretel’s visual identity and shape the future of the brand.
You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between marketing and product with your experience building strong brands.
Manage Gretel’s brand and ensure that visual consistency is maintained across the company
Maintain consistency in brand language across marketing, our documentation site, and our product suite
Contribute to Gretel’s brand guide
Create advertisements and images for social media
Design website landing pages for new product features, solutions, gated content, and Gretel’s blog
Produce sales-enablement content such as infographics, webinar and workshop decks, and whitepapers
Create printed assets for in-person events, including booth graphics, handouts, swag, and more
6+ years of experience as an in-house brand designer or equivalent role working on design projects
Expert knowledge of best practices for both digital and print design
Adept at working with modern design tools including Figma, Adobe suite, Canva, Miro, and Webflow
Self-motivated and able to work independently on projects and deliver them on time
A collaborative approach and ability to partner with other designers and cross-functional stakeholders
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate their decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences
Familiarity with 2D/3D concepts and animation tools (like Spline or Cinema 4D)
Experience building web pages in Webflow
Some exposure to HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Knowledge of modern AI/ML technologies
Proven ability to build brands for a SaaS company
Copywriting experience
Employee compensation will be determined based on interview performance, level of experience, specialization of skills, and market rate. During the offer discussion, your recruiter will review the finalized base salary, bonus (for applicable roles), benefits and perks (additional information available on our career site), and stock options as they’ll be reflected in the offer letter.
Employees hired in the U.S. and Canada can expect the below information to reflect a reasonable estimate of the salary offered for this role. Salary ranges are updated regularly using premium market data. (Please note: it is unusual for new hires to receive a base salary at the top of the range. Additionally, the value of Gretel.ai’s stock options is not included in the salary bands and may represent a significant portion of your compensation.)
