Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Associate, Product Marketing to join our Member Engagement team.

About the role

You will onboard members into Oscar's digital ecosystem and creating new ways to drive & reward member engagement with key products.

You'll partner closely with your product marketing teammates to ensure that we're providing our members with a cohesive, personalized experience that leads to an increase in digital member engagement and improved member health outcomes.

You will report to the Sr Product Marketing Manager. This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington.   • Partner with Senior Manager to develop engagement strategy and implementation for:
  • a)Onboarding and related tools/products that encourage members to engage with the Oscar ecosystem.
  • b) Insurance experience-related features that help members find the right providers, understand how much their benefits cost, and empower members to better understand how their plan works.
  • Coordinate brief development, including audience definition and product/feature positioning, end-to-end experience development, stakeholder review and approval process, and execution of product marketing campaigns related to assigned product area(s).
  • Work with product managers across the organization to develop in-app copy, plan go-to-market launches, and partner on product & feature development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, member pain points, and opportunities for testing.
  • Coordinate campaign reporting and team alignment on next steps and campaign optimizations.


  • 4+ years of experience engaging consumers and driving digital engagement.
  • 1+ year of experience working with product managers and data analysts.
  • Experience coordinating and partnering with cross-functional teams (i.e. Brand strategy, Creative, CRM, Data, Legal, and Product teams).
  • Experience with project management processes and tools (i.e., SmartSheets, etc).

Bonus Points

  • Experience supporting successful go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches, particularly in either the health or consumer space.
  • Experience in subscriptions, loyalty programs, digital apps, or other engagement-driven products is a major plus.
  • Proven track record of delivering against clear KPIs on a cross-functional team.
