Recruiter: Product Management and Design

Pendo is hiring the Product Management and Design minds around and we need the best recruiting minds to match our business needs. As a Sr. Recruiter supporting Product and Design Recruiting, you will have the experience to grow with the rapidly expanding business. You will develop, drive, and execute on the staffing strategies.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet business objectives
• Create innovative sourcing and closing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience
• Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with recruiting team and client groups
• Compile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary
• Collaborate with key business leadership partners to understand future plans and develop a global strategy to deliver on these plans
• Leverage data analytics to drive operational improvements and amplify operational excellence to support team's rapid growth

Minimum Qualifications

• Extensive Product Manager or Design Recruiting experience
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional partners
• Experience using data to drive business decisions
• Experience driving recruiting strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in a distributed organization with strong sourcing and closing acumen
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands and clients with attention to detail
