Our Product team at UpGuard comprises of our Product Management, Product Support, Engineering, Design, Data Leaks Detection, and Third Party Risk Management Services. Our Product team’s vision is to become the leader in the Cyber VRM category by providing a best-in-class SaaS platform for organizations to manage their third-party risk and external attack surface. Our purpose as a Product team is simply to build a product that enables this. We aim to build a product that users love and come to rely on, and one that regularly and consistently improves.

Why are we hiring this role?
We have a pretty stellar Product & Engineering team (not that we're biased) that is growing so it's about time someone helped our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and broader Product Leadership team. Can you solve any problem thrown your way, no matter how great or small? Would your organisational skills put Amy Santiago to shame?This is an opportunity for a proactive, adaptable and resourceful individual to join a scaling company in an exciting space. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our entire business by providing personalised and timely support to our CPO and their team.

What will you accomplish?

  • Coordinate diary and meetings with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Facilitate executive meetings and accurately record meeting minutes
  • Coordinate leadership and team events, travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Develop processes to ensure the effective management of information and data
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives important for company success
  • Do all the above with an additional level of flair, creativity and ingenuity

What will you bring?

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar operations role
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with the ability to predict the future and have it sorted before we think of it
  • Experience in operations and process improvement
  • Knowledge of G-Suite knowledge
  • Action-oriented with excellent initiative, integrity and problem solving abilities

  • Experience or a keen interest in data, analysis and SaaS product operations
  • Experience or a keen interest in cybersecurity
