We’re looking for a Product Information Analyst to join our growing team and help us carry out the data and operational processes that enable our customers to earn more rewards during their ordering processes. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is interested in getting in the weeds of our data, has a sharp eye for identifying impactful opportunities and capitalizing on them, and is eager to contribute to the long-term success of our customers and business as a whole.
Responsibilities
Own the entire process of optimizing customer product catalogs for savings and recommending optimal product substitutions
Become an expert in high-quality data management - you’ll help ensure that our data is accurate and up to date across multiple areas of our database
Build and maintain the data that powers the algorithms that help us make smarter recommendations to our customers
Identify new opportunities to expand the impact of the team’s work by proposing potential new vendor partnerships or high-value product substitutions
Implement impactful time of order substitutions and facilitate live quotes to vendor contacts when applicable
Continuously brainstorm new ways to help build new and improve on existing team processes
Strong problem-solving skills - you think critically and are able to use your prior experiences to handle new problems effectively
Exceptional communication skills, particularly around communicating complex processes to outside stakeholders
Strong ability to take feedback and implement it successfully
High attention to detail and the ability to ensure data quality standards are met
Demonstrated experience and proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools. Strong Excel skills required (SQL preferred)
Bachelor’s Degree
