We are seeking a Product Operations Specialist to work closely with Head of product, ensuring efficient execution across organization, alignment for strategic initiatives and managing day-2-day operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, analytical, comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable individual passionate about technology, defense, and AI-driven solutions.
What you'll do:
- Act as the execution muscle and strategic advisor to the product leadership, enabling faster and efficient decision-making and operational planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across all departments.
- Effectively communicate information and updates to the Head of product and other stakeholders.
- Drive efficient and fast-paced cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product and businessfunctions, aligned to outlined product strategy and vision
- Monitor and track key initiatives, ensuring execution aligns with product and business goals.
- Preparecompelling and well-articulated executive briefings, board materials, and internal reports, as needed by senior leadership
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, such as workflow optimization, automation, and standardization.
- Identify, suggest and implement data-driven operational frameworks for efficiency.
- Anticipate and identify risks and bottlenecks in product and operational processes and propose solutions.
Required qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in a strategy, operations, consulting, product management, or Chief of Staff-like role (preferably in tech, defense, or AI industries).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably startups or defense tech companies.
- Strong understanding of AI, defense technology, and government contracting is a plus.
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain one) may be required.

Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
