We are now recruiting a Product Operations Manager to work with our product leadership based in Auckland and Wellington!

The team: We’re a small team of dedicated people, working together to create change and help Xero achieve its goals. We have diverse backgrounds and are always keen to problem solve together, supporting and challenging each other when needed.

The role: Our vision is to connect and inform Xero, making space for the Product Organisation to thrive. This high impact role is placed right in the centre of how we plan and operate as a product business, to help us constantly improve the way we plan and operate. You'll work to create a connection between people and processes, identify areas for improvement and change them, designing and embedding new processes, rituals and tools.

The work: Work with Senior Leaders and Operations experts to design, implement and manage scalable processes in areas including financial planning, capacity management, dependency management and organisation-wide goal setting. Create and collate executive level reporting, facilitate decision making and manage change initiatives within Product.
