The team
Our Product & Program Management teams work on some of the most impactful and challenging problems in the Software industry. We are a highly collaborative cross-border group that operates on the edge between Engineering and the business and helps to design solutions from concept to launch – all while focusing on and advocating for what’s best for our customers. We work closely with Engineering and Design to create some of the most innovative never-been-done-before products. We partner with the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to bring the product to market.

This position
As a Product Operations Manager you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key vendors, mostly based out of North America and LATAM, and you will assist their technical teams and/or our technical teams to develop integrations. You will also participate in Sales enablement and Field awareness actions to promote capabilities powered by your portfolio of vendors. Your objectives will be directly linked to business metrics such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships, Identity, and is designated Flex.
 
Responsibilities

  • Survey ID and Trust vendors in American time zones and promote DocuSign’s ID and Trust partner programs
  • Participate actively in the evaluation and selection of vendors in collaboration with the product team
  • Design integrations with ID and Trust vendors selected as component for the Identify roadmap
  • Participate actively in defining the integration roadmap with ID and Trust partners
  • Collaborate with partners and product marketing teams to create sales collaterals
  • Participate in field enablement activities
  • Enable field teams with demo capabilities
  • Participate in technical support escalation process
  • Impact DocuSign’s indirect revenue footprint

Basic qualifications

  • BS / BA degree, ideally within a technical discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with software sales, consulting, product management, or similar
  • Experience in solution design, product design, product configuration, and related skills
  • Ability and interest in the business aspects of integrated solutions: rough P&L, maintenance costs

Preferred qualifications

  • Ability and interest in authentication technologies (SAML, OIDC, …)
  • Multi-lingual (Spanish / Portuguese / Asian languages)
  • Strong ability and interest in the technical aspects of integrated solutions; APIs, UX, interaction models, workflow, data flow, exception handling, etc.
  • Curious and creative personality
  • Proven presentation and meeting management skills
  • Proven cross-functional program experience

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $118,200 - $146,800 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
