Lyft Media is a new line of business within Lyft focused on building the worlds largest transportation advertising network. As an Operations Manager for Lyft Media’s rooftop product / business line – you will lead the nationwide scaling & fleet maintenance of our rooftop advertising network.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end operations of our nationwide Rooftop advertising fleet – including driver acquisition, vehicle installations, driver & fleet relationships, recalls, hardware maintenance, and inventory management
- Launch new markets: travel on-site for launch sprints, onboard drivers, install hardware
- Maintain existing markets: identify defective units, coordinate recalls with driver / fleet, manage payments, driver support
- Manage warehouse: inventory management, hardware failure analysis, hardware repairs, inbound & outbound shipments / logistics
- Develop standard operating procedures and lead a team of Operations Associates & Leads to implement them
- Work with our manufacturer to root cause hardware failures and develop corrective action plans
- Work with our external vendors across hardware, software, and data to ensure we are receiving the best terms and customer support to achieve our business objectives
- Clearly and frequently communicate progress & plans across the broader Lyft Media organization
Experience:
- 3+ years of operations work in a high growth startup
- Experience working directly with hardware - including installations, failure analysis, and repairs - as well as working with manufacturers to develop product improvements
- Experience working with rideshare / taxi drivers & fleets preferred
- Experience building processes from scratch & implementing them to solve business problems
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and fix problems in a hands-on manner

The expected range of pay for this position in the US is $106,600 - $130,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
