Oscar is looking for a Product Operations Manager of Process Improvement. The Product Operations team unlocks Oscar’s ability to ship more products faster and better, which is critical to Oscar’s overall mission to use technology and design to refactor healthcare.
Oscar’s work in tech spans several areas: building innovative consumer experiences, technology and infrastructure, expanding into new markets, creating better ways for healthcare providers to interact with patients, optimizing internal operations and processes, and lots more.
As Manager of Process Improvement, you will work closely with the Director of Product Operations, the Product Leadership Team and Product Managers to improve and drive end-to-end product development processes. You will own our Process Improvement focus area and work closely with cross-functional partners to drive key company initiatives that will improve how we operate and serve our customers.
You will report to the Director of Product Operations based in New York. This is a remote role, you will work remotely in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington.
