About you
As a Product Operations Manager “Operational Excellence”, you will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and driving process standardization.
You will be part of the Product Ops team and partner with the other teams of the Products department (including PMMs, Product Managers, Product Designers, VP Product, etc.) to organize efforts and collaboration across all the product life cycle.
Minimum qualifications
- You have Product & Lean management skills and mindset.
- You know how to lead an ideation workshop to solve organizational and process pain points.
- You know how to drive teams to a real test & learn mindset, fostering risk-taking and learning.
- You have experience with at least one product organization at scale.
- You have the ability to own and drive projects (involving multiple key collaborators).
- You are a team player.
Preferred qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position and/or 3 years as part of a Product team (Product Manager, Product Designer, Product Marketing Manager)
- You have Design thinking knowledge.
- You have great organizational skills.
- You have UX design appetence.
- You know how to use these tools : Jira, Confluence, Miro, Product Board (or similar ones).
- You are eager to learn constantly.
- You speak both French and English fluently.
Responsibilities
- Make sure the user is at the center of the thought process
- Drive product processes and tools to enable the Product teams to build the right product at the right time.
- Improve our decision-making by ensuring that insights coming from our users are integrated into our product and business strategy.
- Help implementing prioritization frameworks & tools.
- Help the teams build a full cascade product strategy and to monitor the progress of our OKRs with the proper cadence.
- Conduct retrospectives and process reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to content and training to help level up the overall product management knowledge internally.

This position can be either:
- Based in our offices in Paris or Lille (France), partial/full remote is possible
- Flex Remote Internationally

Salary Range
Seniority Senior
61,000 - 83,000+ EUR per year
