Product Operations’ mission is to drive the effectiveness of the Product and Engineering (P&E) org by solving problems which impede our teams to achieve their goals. We do this by creating a best-in-class ecosystem which connects P&E with relevant data and other parts of the company, underpinned by seamless processes and technologies which work in harmony. In this role, you will be part of a new team defining and implementing the product and engineering operating model, driving continuous improvement in how we work and our culture.

As a Product Operations Manager, you will manage our operating model and evolve it into a world-class system which enables us to scale easily. You understand product development disciplines and know how to optimize frameworks / processes to make them meaningful and light touch for our teams.

Specific tasks and responsibilities include:

Identify, evaluate and implement improvement opportunities to drive the effectiveness of Product & Engineering
Design and execute processes for goal setting, planning and road mapping at departmental, domain and tribe levels
Streamline and automate processes across the product development lifecycle to drive efficiency and quality improvement
Provide coaching and support to product development teams on product management tools and software
Collaborate with teams outside P&E (e.g. Customer Service and GTM) to build feedback loops, taking in customer feedback and insights, actions and updates
Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall alignment of company-wide and departmental processes
Design and implement processes and tools to track goals, outcomes, roadmaps, progress, capacity and costs across the department
Gather and synthesize feedback on operating model to drive continuous improvement
Create and maintain a centralized source of documentation and knowledge management resources

Over 5 years of relevant experience working on fast-scaling and complex systems with a strong background in project/program management
Extensive experience working in agile / scrum teams
Extensive experience with product management software such as Jira and Confluence
Bonus if you have experience in product management and/or user experience
Strong customer focus (internal), with a drive to continuously discover and solve problems impeding your customers (internal)
Effective problem-solving skills, able to cut through ambiguity and irrelevant details to solve root causes
Ability to deal with conflict, balancing the different needs of different internal customers
Great presentation and communication skills in written and spoken English (native speaker or level C1 on a CEFR scale)
Should be able to deal well with rapid changes, and feel comfortable navigating uncertain/ambiguous situations
Strong attention to detail and relentless on quality
