Product Operations Manager (m/f/d) - B2C

You will be joining Product Operations, the team that sits across all of our Product teams to drive core strategic projects, define key processes and ways of work across the organisation. We're looking for a Product Operations Manager who will work together in strong collaboration with the different product squads within our Rider Excellence swarm which focuses on our consumer app and the rider journey. You're responsibilities will be:

• Identify, prioritise and drive strategic initiatives (e.g. on start-ride, in-ride, and end-ride user journeys) across the organisation
• Derive business requirements and scope projects to effectively capture project needs
• Support product teams in launching, testing and documenting new features across all of our markets globally
• Structure and prepare analyses, strategies and recommendations into clear and compelling communication and presentations for various audiences (e.g. senior leaders, c-level & investors)
• Think strategically and partner up with core stakeholders across the organisation (e.g. Product, Operations, Marketing and Research) to identify and evaluate new potential opportunities
• Be part of the growing product team, working closely and communicating with product managers and engineers, as well as rangers and maintenance & repair teams

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university or business school
• 2-3 years experience in at least one of the following: product operations, operations, business development, management consulting, investment banking, or similar
• You've had at least one experience in the start-up scene and are familiar with it's benefits and challenges (bonus if you've had a touch point working in a corporate or hyper-growth environment)
• You're familiar or have worked closely with product managers with how product teams ways of working and you can speak their language (bonus if you've worked with consumer facing product teams)
• You're interested to grow professionally
• Your willingness to learn allows you to be adaptable and you enjoy jumping in when and where needed!
• You pride yourself on your communication skills and recognize that communicating cross-department or with various stakeholders requires different communication styles  (rangers, techies, product managers, to c-levels) via written and oral communication
• Strategic thinking, excellent analytical skills and drive
• Outstanding cross-functional project management and communication skills and you have no problem juggling multiple projects and navigating through a rapidly changing environment such as TIER's 
• Full professional proficiency in English
