We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills to power the next phase of product growth at 1Password. As part of the Product Insights team, you will become an expert on our user base, monitor product performance, coordinate A/B tests, and generate actionable insights that shape the experience of our millions of users. You relish opportunities to dig into data, are passionate about product and users, and have a unique ability to quickly separate a signal from noise.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of data or analytics experience, ideally in technology, consulting, or VC/PE/investment banking
- Nice to have: SQL skills. SaaS, product, or user research experience
- Led analytics projects that required both attention to detail and big picture thinking
- Proven record of surfacing insights and influencing teams to act
- Can quickly pull data sets or identify proxy measures and then see what’s significant
- Experienced at tracking product launches, partnering with teams to define success metrics, and running A/B and multivariate hypothesis tests
- Easily creates a range of data visualizations that are accurate, reliable, and memorable
- Compelling communicator to peers and to leadership even without spreadsheets or dashboards; succinctly explaining “so-what” comes naturally
- Persistent and scrappy in the face of ambiguity or when data pipelines don’t pipe
- Is satisfied only when a report or repeatable data process is automated or ready for scale
- Shared and received feedback to grow yourself and those around you
- Naturally curious and highly motivated to jump in, analyze or experiment, and learn – while inspiring others to do the same
What you can expect:
- Lead data and analytics projects that cut across Product and partner with teams throughout 1Password
- Power which features we prioritize at 1Password and serve as a thought partner to teammates across Product (and beyond)
- Directly shape our data and analytics roadmap, as well as our data governance and analytics tools – it’s up to us!
- Generate insights and help teams reach aha moments using data and dashboards
- Refine and monitor product metrics and draft the documentation that other data teams wish they had
- Brief analyses and experiment results to 1Password leaders and external facing teams
- Make each day that much better by encouraging all of us to be data champions
- Grow as an analyst and hone your craft in ways big and small
