Juniper Square invests in a hybrid workforce and we offer three work modes: full time remote work from your home office, a hybrid of home and office work from one of our office hubs, currently in San Francisco and Austin, or full time work in an office hub. The company headquarters is in the Cloud and we invest in digital-first operations. We have communities of remote employees across the US and Canada, with more substantive local remote working communities in Seattle, Denver, Chicago and New York, but we are open to employees working in several states and provinces. As a Product Operations Manager, Financial Modeling, you’ll work directly with our customers to configure and maintain their private equity investment waterfalls. You will serve as an expert on the translation and implementation of investment waterfall models, operating agreements, and their intersection with Juniper Square’s waterfall feature. You’ll help build and scale a new, fast-growing, cross-functional team and work closely with colleagues in Account Management, Customer Success, Product, and Investor Services. This is a high visibility role on a small team with significant opportunities for growth within a Series C company that addresses one of the largest sectors of the U.S. economy.
