We’re looking for a product operations lead to streamline the quality and speed of our product discovery and operations. Your “customers” will be a variety of internal constituents, including the VP of Product, the CEO, the Product Management team, and other cross-functional departments. You’ll be reporting directly to the VP of Product.

What you'll be doing:

Establish robust feedback loops and communication channels (e.g., Slack, email, newsletters) with product and customers/customer facing teams
Develop and own ongoing refinements to playbooks, knowledge base and operational best practices for the product team
Drive step change improvements in our product development process (e.g., beta programs) to increase product launch quality and timeliness of delivery
Ensure internal teams are aware of and educated on features before they are deployed
Keep both internal teams and relevant customers informed of product roadmap developments
Drive integrations quality by owning integrations and API quality
Own and improve messaging health and insights
Own our product tools as the “traffic cop” across feature flagging, experimentation, and onboarding flows
Build centralized sources of truths for key cross-functional metrics (e.g., feature requests, support tickets)

Ability to structure analysis and derive data-driven insights
Ability to break-down ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable solutions and insights
Experience in consulting or business/product operations
