  • Pull together, edit and send the Product Management newsletter(s) communications
  • Liaise with other functional groups for customer insights both quantitative and qualitative - Customer Success, User Research and Customer Insights, Data Analytics - and create regular dialog, dashboards of record and repeatable processes
  • Identify continuous learning and professional development opportunities for Product team members (e.g., professional training workshops, conferences)
  • Plan and execute team offsites (with support and collaboration from our team admin)
  • Serve as a member of the Product Leadership team - owning all things process and operations
  • Manage the department budget
  • Setup onboarding and training of new team members
  • Create or support the creation of decks and presentations to leadership, such as recurring business updates (Weekly Business Review, Quarterly Business Review, Roadmap Review)
  • Help support and drive OKR and Roadmap planning
  • Identify and drive team building and team morale initiatives and activities
  • Build working relationships with cross-functional peers in Research, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, People

What you'll need:

  • 8+ Years of experience in Product Management, product development and/or Technical Program Management
  • A willingness to wear multiple hats and do what is needed to move the team forward
  • Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • To be a proactive, self-starter
  • Familiar with agile processes and ceremonies
  • Working knowledge, if not expertise, with Airtable, Confluence, JIRA and the Google Workspace (especially Google Slides)
  • Experience building products in heavily regulated industries - finance, healthcare, etc. - and the processes needed to support
  • Know what it means to be an empowered product team, and what is needed to enable and support that
  • Well read on Product Management thinking (Marty Cagan/SVPG, etc.)
