At Sure, we’re a mission driven team of designers, engineers, and product managers who are passionate about improving every aspect of insurance. Through our CRM SaaS platform and developer tools, we enable global insurers as well as brands to distribute and service any insurance policy digitally. While our environment is collaborative and relaxed, we build products that are well-considered and well-architected.
As a Product Operations Analyst you will support our Product teams as you ensure that new and current products, features and processes scale efficiently. You will be responsible for entering specific data into our databases. You will be responsible for managing this data and keeping it organized.
What you'll be doing:
- Modify customer facing content using Liquid, CSS and HTML
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Serve as the primary user and subject matter expert for Sure’s internal tools
- Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to improve the customer experience
- Develop data-driven business insights and work with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities and recommend prioritization of product, growth, and optimization initiatives
What we're looking for:
- Undergraduate degree
- You’re accurate and pay close attention to detail. You own your work and take charge on projects when needed
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Liquid, Markdown or other templating languages
- You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Effective prioritization is a must
- You have a desire to learn and are a highly motivated self-starter
