Join the team as our next Product Operations Analyst within Twilio’s R&D Program Management Office.  In this position you will effectively partner with Product and Operational leaders across our R&D organizations with specific focus on Billing Platform’s product operations and analytics.

About the job

The Twilio Platform Product Operation team builds the strong foundation needed for consistency in product planning & execution, measures, and operations.  We empower our product and engineering teams to make strategic decisions with high confidence, quickly.

This position is needed to support Twilio’s R&D operating rhythms, ensuring alignment, while driving efficiency improvements and reducing waste in our processes. 

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in data collection, tracking, governance and reporting infrastructure across the platform team 
  • Establish a consistent method to own tracking key performance metrics used to assess product performance
  • Leverage data and drive analysis to enable Product Managers to make more informed decisions 
  • Prioritize multiple efforts with an understanding of the team’s goals and helping team members reach those goals
  • Leverage your technical skills – particularly in SQL, Tableau, and Looker - to inform platform leadership

Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and relentless follow through
  • A high level of motivation and a self-starting / proactive attitude
  • Strong analytical capabilities with tools and languages such as: SQL, Python, Excel, Looker, Tableau
  • Experience with data visualizations 
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team. 

Desired:

  • Relevant experience in the Quote-to-Cash process or billing systems
  • Thorough understanding of client segmentation, pricing and product packaging 

Location 

This role will be <remote, and based in the East Coast, USA>.

Approximately <10%> travel is anticipated.

  • The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is $49,224 - $77,352.
  • Sales Commission: Additionally, this role is eligible to earn commissions and eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
  • Non-Sales: Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
