Intro to role:

Seismic’s leading approach to new product introduction and cross functional programs is a key area of growth and differentiation. As a member of the Product Marketing Programs team, you will partner with the product management organization and product marketing team members to bring products and initiatives to life. Specifically, you will lead seasonal product innovation projects, execute on launch process best practices, and support foundational product marketing team needs. You will also lead and assist on key areas of product marketing operations such as content strategy & audit, team budget, onboarding and learning & development plans.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Support Senior Launch Readiness Manager with standardized Seasonal Launch program resource creation, updating, and delivery to cross functional teams 
  • Lead launch initiatives through definition of launch process running cross functional groups to ensure team members know their role in the launch process to ensure on time delivery
  • Acts as launch subject matter expert for new hires, or those engaged in the launch process
  • Support PMM leadership in executing on foundational needs such as running the content strategy & audit program and team onboarding and ongoing resources

What you bring to the team:

  • 2+ years’ relevant work experience
  • Background in B2B SaaS product marketing, product management, program management preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with product marketing and product management peers, and lead go to market teams to achieve shared outcomes for the business
  • Ability to frame initiatives with multiple workstreams into a simple manner to drive collective understanding, alignment, and decision-making
  • Organizational skills, and a base level knowledge of project management tools
