Job Description

Wolt at Work is a rapidly-growing B2B business at Wolt, and we have ambitious plans to massively accelerate this growth. Our mission is simple: we want to bring the same great user experience that Wolt is known for to business users around the world. Through Wolt’s established delivery network and vast number of restaurant and retail partners, Wolt at Work enables businesses to boost their employees’ happiness no matter where they are working, promote camaraderie in teams, and save time and effort running office events. We are already live in 13 of Wolt’s 23 countries, with no plans to slow down.

We are now looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join us on this journey of building a new business within Wolt. In this role, you will help us establish and develop our new Product Marketing function for Wolt at Work.

As the first member of the Product Marketing team for Wolt at Work, you will play a pivotal role in crystalising our value propositions and developing our product offering. You will be responsible for taking our product to market by using your deep understanding of our target audience and creative and strategic thinking. To be successful in this position, you will need to collaborate closely across all Wolt at Work teams as well as with various stakeholders across the company. We are growing fast, so we also expect you to grow with us, taking ownership of a variety of strategic and execution responsibilities as we expand.

What you’ll be doing 

  • Crystalising our target audience and customer personas: The B2B market for Wolt is wide open, representing a huge opportunity. You will be responsible to help us focus our efforts on the optimal key target audiences.
  • Defining and testing unique selling propositions: You will work with our sales and marketing teams to develop the USPs and value propositions that best resonate with our target audiences, making Wolt at Work into a crisp enterprise brand.
  • Developing our product packaging and long term monetisation model: To accelerate adoption, you will create optimal product packages and revenue models for our various markets that are fair and attractive to our prospective customers.
  • Articulating our product positioning and defining our marketing strategy: You will define our go-to-market plans by having a deep understanding of how to reach our target audience and knowing the competitive alternatives on the market. 
  • Establishing and growing awareness: You will execute our go-to-market strategy by collaborating with marketing/PR teams and utilising various other channels that you will own, to make Wolt at Work a commonly accepted product for companies.
  • Communicating new features and helping to plan their rollouts: You will act as the voice of our product and help our customers and users make the most of Wolt at Work.
  • Creating sales & marketing materials and training front-line staff: To extend the impact of strong product marketing, you will develop sales and marketing materials that our teams can leverage to convert prospects into happy, loyal customers.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in product marketing, product management, consulting, marketing, and/or go-to-market execution, ideally in an enterprise SaaS, e-commerce, technology, or internet/mobile company. Startup or scaleup experience is beneficial.
  • Success in launching products and helping product lines grow and scale.
  • Structured and analytical problem solver with a bias for action and impact.
  • Natural tendency for ownership with the ability to balance various complex operations whilst maintaining an organized strategy and plan.
  • Committed team player and a true culture champion who rolls-up-their-sleeves, exemplifies teamwork, and drives decision-making with data. We also value humility and politeness at all times!
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
  • Eligible to work in Finland/Germany/Denmark/Israel or willing to relocate.
