About the Role:

WeWork is seeking an experienced and motivated Product Marketing Manager to support our Access (All Access and On-Demand) and ancillary revenue offering businesses.

In your role as Product Marketing Manager, you will shape the voice of our products to drive penetration and growth among current and prospective WeWork members. You will work closely with our Product Development teams to inform new offerings and craft a compelling narrative that differentiates them in the marketplace. And you will partner with internal cross-functional teams and strategic external partners to bring your message to life across a wide variety of platforms and channels.

You will also be responsible for leading the strategy and production of sales and direct-to-consumer collateral that communicates our value proposition and key product messaging. As such, this role will entail a hands-on approach to the planning, creation, delivery, and management of written and visual content. Activities will include content conceptualization, writing, and production, as well as gaining alignment from subject matter experts to ensure the materials are current, accurate, and compelling.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing and sales enablement professional with solid experience in the creation of sales and marketing collateral and the ability to develop strong messaging for products and services. This person should also have a solid grasp on how to develop marketing toolkits to facilitate global product launches and campaigns.

This position is based in New York, but we will consider remote opportunities on a case-by-case basis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Become an expert on WeWork’s Access and Ancillary Revenue products to deliver product line architecture and naming, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy and execution.

  • Write high-quality content and articulate product offerings in a concise and compelling manner.

  • Lead the strategy and creation of marketing materials that communicate the value proposition of our products to current and potential members -- in the form of both sales enablement and direct-to-consumer collateral.

  • Partner with the wider Marketing organization to storytell your products across diverse WeWork channels, including email, website, editorial, corporate communications, and social media.

  • Evangelize products within the WeWork organization and build strong external partner relationships to maximize and optimize product positioning, awareness, and communications across non-WeWork channels.

  • Create marketing toolkits to support the rollout of products and collateral in our international markets.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Product Marketing, go-to-market, or other transferable marketing experience

  • BA/BS in related field

  • Ability to develop compelling and concise product positioning and messaging

  • Proven track record of creating high-impact sales and marketing collateral

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver multiple projects with tight deadlines and cross-functional dependencies

  • Desire to learn, problem-solve, and drive results

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (especially Google Slides) and Adobe Creative Suite
