Marketeers effectively spread the word: In the Marketing Team we shape a brand that stands for the democratization of wealth. We raise awareness for our mission by bringing the best creative talents together with the most data-driven marketeers. We are the face to our growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Collaborate closely with the product management team to develop and execute global marketing strategies for the existing and upcoming products within your area of responsibility
• Own the development of global content strategy across performance and engagement channels
• Ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all marketing communication touchpoints
• Drive data analysis to inform product marketing strategies and manage regular reporting to track the performance of marketing campaigns, content initiatives and product launches
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing channel owners, customer support and our internal creative studio to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing with focus on product marketing, content strategy and user insights analysis; ideally in tech or high growth environments
• Established track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies with the ability to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and adjust accordingly
• Proven experience in developing and executing content strategies across organic, performance and engagement channels
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in English and at least one other European language
