What we’re looking for:

Templafy is a global company on a rapid growth journey in the exciting and fast-paced document automation and AI space. We are on a mission to eliminate manual document work across all types of businesses and departments, so that all employees everywhere can spend less time finding the right template or cutting / pasting their way through document drudgery, and more time doing the things at work that make them shine. As such, we’re looking for a dedicated Product Marketing Manager to accelerate our ability to launch new products in a continuous delivery setup and optimize our core product positioning through clear communications and amazing marketing programs. You will work alongside a highly skilled and dedicated Marketing team and in close collaboration with the rest of the global company, especially Product, Sales Enablement, and the sales teams.

This opportunity is for someone who is looking to join an international fast-growing company, have plenty of influence, and be a key part of defining and scaling product marketing in Templafy.

Responsibilities:

  • In close collaboration with Product Managers, direct and execute go-to-market and new product launches for your assigned product solutions and market segments or target buyers (including positioning, messaging, buyer personas, and marketing tactics).
  • Optimize our core product collateral through clear and compelling value-based communication, based on data and research.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product teams to align product messaging and enablement across commercial teams.
  • Work with and support the marketing department on projects such as events, lead gen campaigns, website updates, webinars: from concept development to final marketing material.
  • Brief the Strategic Communications team about new products and exciting new capabilities for PR, AR, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Conduct customer and market research needed to correctly position Templafy’s products and solutions.
  • Work together with Customer Marketing to roll out messaging and campaigns to existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Solution-oriented doer, enthusiastic about technology and eager to understand and map solutions to customer pains
  • 3+ years of similar experience in a SaaS company.
  • Advanced English language writing skills, with extensive experience in persuasive business writing in both document and Microsoft PPT formats.
  • Conceptual, creative thinker with the ability to translate complex technology into engaging messaging.
  • Curious, and eager to continuously learn. Comfortable researching and leveraging analytics and data to create subject matter expertise and informed positioning and messaging.
  • Great collaboration skills. Experience working across cultures and time zones
