  • understanding of the fitness industry is a plus
  • You are incredible when it comes to working optimally across different teams, from marketing to product to engineering
  • You’re analytical and informative, as good in a spreadsheet as you are in a design review
  • You’re fascinated by consumer behavior and want to learn what motivates people to come together through a shared love of sport and what benefits Strava can provide to Athletes with regard to Progress and Recover Athletics
  • You love building integrated marketing campaigns to connect with Athletes where they spend their time, including CRM and social media
  • You love to be creative and are energized by challenges
  • You can refine phenomenal ideas over time, adjusting marketing tactics and plans as needed
  • You can prioritize ruthlessly, and make good on your commitments
