What you'll do:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll help shape and drive our product and go-to-market programs and strategies. You will work across product, sales, customer success, and marketing to implement these programs and strategies. You'll also be responsible for launching new products and solutions, competitive analysis, enabling sales, developing clear positioning and messaging, and executing programs to drive pipeline and revenue.

Shortcut is an excellent place to share and grow your Product Marketing skills and you’ll be instrumental in establishing the practice. The team offers strong mentorship in a collaborative and supportive environment. We also offer a generous educational stipend to help you continue to develop your skills. Sound like an exciting opportunity? We can’t wait to speak with you!

You will:

  • Establish programs to gather customer and market insights that inform and drive our product strategy
  • Lead our sales enablement strategy and create sales plays, training, collateral, and webinars
  • Become the expert on the competitive landscape, industry trends, target personas, and the buyer journey to build differentiated messaging and value propositions
  • Develop, lead, execute, and communicate go-to-market strategies
  • Develop processes to understand customer use cases, package those insights, and promote them in a way that drives customer adoption

You should have:

  • 3-4 years of product marketing experience
  • History of productive collaboration with product and sales
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
  • Ability to develop compelling content and collateral: 1-pagers, presentations, blog posts, and more
  • B2B SaaS industry experience (strongly preferred, but not required)

What we offer:

  • Compensation: A competitive salary in addition to meaningful equity in the company - you should be able to take ownership of what you’re helping to build.
  • Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, FSA, OneMedical, Teladoc, Health Advocate, 401(k), commuter benefits
  • Work-life balance: A flexible open vacation policy, in addition to 10 company holidays, 5 sick days, and 3 “Dot Days” (our term for bonus days off), community (volunteer) PTO, 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave. We also observe 40 hour work weeks without the expectation of after-hours or weekend work.
  • Learning and development: A $2,000 annual stipend to use toward conferences, educational courses, books, membership fees and more
  • WFH: We are a fully remote company, and we provide all the equipment you need to work from home in addition to an annual WFH stipend.

Target base salary for this role based on experience: $105,000-$135,000 annually + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k))
