Product Marketing Manager job at Big Health

The Product Marketing Manager, Scaled Consumer Growth role is focused on the next stage of growth and innovation - in particular, how we get our products into the hands of people who need them. In this role, you'll work closely with Customer Success and Design to develop marketing materials for our consumer audience and help build processes to scale our outreach.

What you'll do:

Develop and manage product marketing campaigns to drive user growth across different audiences
Optimize our user onboarding funnel by mapping out user journeys and designing experiments to pilot
Pull insights from marketing and product metrics to inform growth strategy
Work with internal design team and external agencies to develop creative designed to delight, educate, and convert across a variety of channels
Develop case studies and other tactics to increase engagement across clients

What you bring:

4+ years of marketing experience including 2+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B or B2C environment OR 4+ years of consulting experience involving marketing, growth, or go-to-market projects
Customer orientation and insights-led approach to marketing
Structured and creative problem-solving skills
Experience managing complex projects and meeting timelines
Track record of successfully influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
