TL;DR
?We are looking for our first Product Marketing Manager.

?? We are flexible: you can work from anywhere in Europe and come once a month in Paris (fully reimbursed), or come to the office more often.
✈️ We offer substantial support for relocation (10k€ signing bonus), including finding an apartment in Paris and supporting you with the visa procedure.
?? PhotoRoom is an international team and we work in English. We offer language lessons for those who need them (English & French).
We will adapt to the cost of living if it is higher than Paris.

✨ About the role ✨

  • We are looking for our first Product Marketing Manager, with proven experience launching new features to millions of users.
  • As a Product Marketing Manager at PhotoRoom, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product and marketing opportunity.This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growth startup, implement best-in-class marketing strategies, and have a significant impact on our growth.

✨ What you will do ✨

  • You’ll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end feature's launch (Go-To-Market). You will own and drive the Go To Market strategy, run market analysis, competitive, and personas intelligence.
  • You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the feature Go To Market launch process to ensure that all PhotoRoom features are efficiently launched across our marketing channels.
  • You’ll write key messages resonating with our vision, and encourage the adoption of our features.
  • You’ll define powerful product value propositions for our different personas.
  • You’ll be the person that helps connect the dots between tech, product, growth, marketing, and community.
  • You’ll have superb stakeholder management and be a world-class communicator to ensure everyone knows what’s launching, when, and how it impacts them.

  • Strategic thinking:You’re someone who sees the big picture and can bring ideas together into a relevant customer experience.
  • Communication: You’ve excellent spoken and written communication skills, allowing you to successfully communicate complex information clearly to your colleagues.
  • Analytical: You possess keen analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex, disparate datasets into insights that drive strategies and solutions.
  • Ownership: You’ve strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are hands-on. You plan AND execute.
  • Impact: You want to make PhotoRoom known to millions of entrepreneurs and small business owners, in a fast-growing environment. In addition, you can recruit talented people to add value and bring positive reinforcement to the team.
  • Language: Fluent in English, you know how to adapt yourself to other cultures to manage worldwide campaigns.
